The National Gallery Announces its New Accredited Supplier List

The National Gallery is pleased to announce its new accredited supplier list to help meet the demand of the ever-changing needs of corporate and private event clients. This follows an extensive process including tastings, site visits and case studies.

The National Gallery has carefully selected a range of suppliers to suit various price points, styles, and specific audio- visual requirements, caterers, florists, production, entertainment, and furniture.

A wide selection of partners were invited to tender who have experience of working in unique venues.

Clare Arouche, Head of Hospitality & Events at the National Gallery said: “We are delighted to have completed this process and find ourselves in the lovely position of having an exciting list of suppliers where sustainability, local sourcing, zero waste menus and a strong sense of social value are all key components to their offer.”

New to our list are Social Pantry, a proud leader in ex-offender employment, working with people who have spent time in prison since 2015. Other new caterers include Bubble, Jimmy Garcia, The Recipe and Alexander and Bjorck, and Lettice. Retained caterers include Blue Strawberry, By Word of Mouth, Rhubarb, Rocket, The Admirable Crichton and Zafferano.

Retained production companies include Event Concept, Fisher Productions, Deltalive, Dobson, Oxygen Event Services Ltd, White Light Ltd and Wise, and Light Motif is a welcome addition.

Florists Mary Jane Vaughan and Hybrid Flowers have joined the list, whilst Lavender Green, Paul Thomas, Gail Smith, Pinstripes and Peonies, Simon J Lycett Ltd, and Veevers Carter have been retained.

Arouche added “Our list now has an injection of new partners as well as retaining some of London’s best caterers, florists and production who constantly deliver sensational food, exceptional hospitality and amazing events

The National Gallery is one of the greatest art galleries in the world. National Gallery Global Limited‘s primary purpose is to generate income for the National Gallery, through a number of commercial operations.  

The main business is to run the Gallery’s cafés, restaurant and shops, in Trafalgar Square and online, and to publish books, license images worldwide and hire spaces for entertaining. The Company acts as the Gallery’s agent for ticketed exhibitions and events and runs the National Gallery Membership Scheme.  All to enhance the visitor experience in the Gallery and effectively reach national and global markets beyond the Gallery.
